As a highly valued member of our clientsdedicated payroll team we are actively looking for a skilled andexperienced payroll specialist to take charge of overseeing andmanaging our clients payroll operations in both Australia and NewZealand. This pivotal role involves the meticulous management ofpayroll services ensuring that the delivery is in completealignment with all contractual obligations. This includes a focuson timeliness maintaining exceptional quality standards and strictadherence to agreedupon service levels.
Furthermorethe successful candidate will play a crucial and multifaceted rolein effectively managing client expectations cultivating andnurturing strong relationships with clients and consistentlyupholding the highest standards of service excellence. Thisposition offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impactwithin our dynamic and fastpaced payroll environment.

TheRole
The idealperson will:
  • Skilled in Australiaand New Zealand Payroll as well as Process Enhancement spearheadingthe formulation of improvement strategies for clients to elevatedata quality and governance practices.
  • Proficient in managing payroll and employeeservices with expertise in Australia and New Zealand payrollsystems.
  • Proficiency in SAP and payroll systemtechnology is a prerequisite.
  • Skilled inClient Management with a demonstrated ability to support clientseffectively. Possesses excellent client relationship skills and aproven track record in account management. Capable of leading theexecution of thorough RCAs and implementing necessary correctiveactions.
The Person
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience inoperations management within a BPO environmentoverseeing HR Payroll Services or HR Employee Services orequivalent roles in Australia and New Zealand
  • Extensive expertisein contemporary payroll and Time & Attendance (T&A)systems.
  • Provenexpertise in a comprehensive payroll role managing both salariedand hourly employees (in Australia and New Zealand).
  • Skilled in overseeinga sizable payroll department with expertise in supervising coachingand mentoring staff.
  • Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to build effectiverelationships with managers and employees at all levels.
*Preferred candidates will be in Remoteworking arrangement for Australia / Hybrid in ACT. We are open forcandidates to relocate (and have Valid work Visa s) for thepreferred locations.
