  • Handle client feedback and revisions effectively, ensuring that final deliverables align with client expectations.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for client campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and opportunities for growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for enhancing content performance and audience engagement.

Client Onboarding:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our services.
  • Provide training and guidance on best practices for content creation and YouTube channel management.
  • Set clear expectations and deliverables from the outset, aligning with client goals.

Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand client accounts and explore new revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction, driving long-term revenue growth.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client challenges, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Maintain a solution-oriented mindset, focusing on delivering value and maintaining client trust.

Client Feedback and Improvement:

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the YouTube or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube's platform, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
