Client Success Specialist

As a Client Success Manager at eReleGo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver exceptional digital advertising/marketing solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes and receive maximum value from our services. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, communication skills, deep understanding of Paid advertising market, platforms, digital marketing strategies and paid media strategies.
Job Type: On Site- Full Time
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Understand clients' business objectives and marketing goals
Collaborate with clients to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services with the help of Sales team.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client campaigns.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations
Monitor campaign performance and proactively address any issues
Performance Analysis and Reporting.
Requirements:
1-3 years of Media planning/Client servicing/Strategy building experience at a media company/agency.
Must have good knowledge in digital ads space.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
Experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation.
Salary:
The compensation depends on candidates Experience. Attractive incentive structure
