Client Success Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Associate to provide administrative support to our Account Executives and Account Representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience with CRM software.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and file sales-related documents, such as contracts and proposals
- Update internal databases with account information and sales data
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the Account Management team
- Conduct research on prospective clients and their needs
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service
- Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
- Perform market and competitive research to identify new business opportunities
- Proven work experience in a similar role, such as Account Coordinator or Sales Coordinator
- Hands-on experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office
- Experience with marketing and advertising campaigns
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
