The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Identify opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Ensure a high level of customer renewals.
  • Develop strong product expertise and provide training and ongoing support as required.
  • Provide feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Elevate customer feedback as required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably within the Staffing/Executive Search industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of good communication and customer support.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of a high standard.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
