Customer Success Manager

At Saas Labs US Inc., we're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and retention across our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their needs and pain points to ensure long-term success.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive product adoption, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns to prevent churn.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to stay aligned with customer objectives and showcase value.
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, with a focus on US & EMEA customers.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and retention.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with customer success tools, such as Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero.
