About Hindustan Recruitment: We are seeking a motivated and experienced customer support professional to join our team as a Customer Success Professional.
Job Summary
As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. You will be part of a team that provides technical support, answers inquiries, and resolves issues for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide technical support for our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Provide training to customers
- Collaborate with other teams to provide excellent customer service
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Tally and accounting field
- Familiarity with customer support software and systems
