We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Success Manager to join our team at Alteryx. As a key member of our Digital Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through tailored digital events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital event strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality digital events.
  • Monitor customer feedback and adjust event strategies in real-time to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital event delivery.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor event experiences accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event delivery, with a focus on digital events.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in French language is a must.
  • Working hours will be on Europe timezone (GMT).
