We're seeking a skilled Digital Customer Success Manager to join our team at Alteryx. As a key member of our Digital Customer Success team, you will specialize in delivering exceptional customer experiences through tailored digital events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event strategies to drive engagement with specific customer profiles.
  • Design and deliver high-quality digital events that meet customer needs and interests.
  • Monitor audience feedback and make real-time adjustments to improve the event experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale digital event programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event delivery and customer-facing activities.
  • Core and advanced certification in Alteryx Designer.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in event management software.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
