About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Success Manager to join our team at Alteryx. As a key member of our Digital Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering specific customer outcomes through data-driven behavioral triggers and ad-hoc customer engagements across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with economic buyers and license administrators to activate production licenses through a personalized experience.
  • Resolve customer needs by aligning them with the right resources through diverse digital mediums.
  • Document verified outcomes with customers to help with account expansion.
  • Respond to data-driven call-to-action inside Gainsight promptly and efficiently across your customer portfolio.
  • Execute best practice customer engagement strategies and provide continuous feedback to improve our customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a CSM, Consultant, Project Management, Sales Engineer or similar Customer Facing role.
  • Core or Advanced Certified in Alteryx Designer.
  • A growth mindset that sees change as a positive and is comfortable with failing fast.
  • Ability to learn analytics software.
  • Ability to manage 50+ accounts at different stages in their lifecycle.
  • Comfortable exploring data to uncover new customer insights.
  • Leverages customer insights to create solutions to scale customer success motions.
  • Sharing and reporting on the impact of your customer-facing activities.
  • Ability to quantify and communicate customer outcomes internally and externally.
