About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Whatfix. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes from our product. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure they get the most out of our product
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our product to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech product company
- Proven track record of success in customer success, sales, or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs
