The Opportunity:

Objectives aligned to this role:

- Solution Design, Sales Support & Overall Business Growth

What would you do:

- Establishes CRMNEXT as a recognized leader in technology-led innovation through public speaking and published thought leadership.

- Guide Business and enterprise solutions leaders make smart investment decisions by providing context and support to help teams collaborate, building better flexibility, agility, and autonomy in decision making, and enabling faster speed to value and time to market.

- Product Influencer to support a scalable framework of IT assets and business processes aligned to corporate governance that supports the organization to deliver on its goals and strategic objectives.

- Continuously research the constantly evolving technology and product landscape and advice on the right selection and use of tools/technologies critical to supporting business transformation and optimization efforts.

- Identify opportunities and constraints for transformation.

- Oversee the successful realization of organization's digital transformation objectives.

- Builds C-level trusted relationships with target organizations.

- Provides thought leadership to CRMNEXT core go-to-market solutions.

- Establishes and leads high performing Sales and Customer Success teams for Product -Sales presentations at CXO level for new/existing clients.

- Overall Product Architecture and Domain knowledge: Baseline and future state based on As-is and To-be processes & use cases.

- Own overall product showcase and customer demos (e.g. custom demos based on initial problem statement, discovery).

- Lead sales and presales teams for new Demo creation, management, and revision.

- Involve Solution Architects as needed for enterprise solution specific in-depth discussions or demos.

- Create customer champion/coach achievement illustration - working with Value Illustration lead.

- Delivers technical and functional expertise for CRMNEXT clients on assigned projects/accounts.

- Influences and supports strategic solution sales and revenue growth through proactive engagement with clients.

- Wins new business by developing client proposals and presenting solutions directly to clients.

- Manages client engagements at all levels of client interaction with responsibility for product and technical content.

- Follows industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and shares that knowledge internally and externally via pitch decks white papers, blog posts and social media.

Required Skills:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, a similar technical discipline or equivalent experience

- 8+ years of relevant IT experience; minimum 5 years of product sales specialist experience of enterprise-wide software solutions, integrations, cloud, data management, solution design, etc.

- Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly with all business and IT stakeholders, collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds.

- Extensive experience in product showcase with an exceptional knack for storytelling.

- Create and deliver presentation of Level 2 product demos.

- Solution write-up/concept slides with product marketing

- Deep knowledge of enterprise product architecture

- Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written & verbal.

- Positive speaking skills, strong listening skills, writing skills.

- Contribute to Product research based on competition analysis.

- Strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge enterprise ecosystem and web-based products/applications, B2B enterprise across BFSI vertical.

- Improve product packaging/marketing material with product marketing.

- A true partner and a concierge for our clients who can go out of his/her way to meet their KPIs.

- Identifying and resolving cross-project interdependencies and a proven ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed.

- Consulting leadership experience working for Enterprise Clients across BFSI with spectacular client references.

- Experience in client relationship and team building.

- Ability to shape strong presentations and narratives that influence and commit people to change.

- Working for Middle East, South East Asia, SAARC and Africa prospects and clients and flexible to work during overlapping time zones.

Academic Qualification:

- Engineering from a premium institute

- 8 - 10 years of proven experience in product sales.

- Experience in BFSI sector.

- Experience in CRM domain is needed.

- Previous product management experience is an advantage.
