Providing strategic leadership through facilitating oradvising strategy development while establishing foresightconceptual capability and market awareness; working closely withthe category for merchandise planning for stores.

Mentoring & motivating teams to ensure efficiency inprocess operations and customer service.

Enhancing staff productivity by screening interviewing recommendingtraining and evaluating employees.

Designingstrategies to mitigate nonprofitable geographies and enhancebusiness in the profitable geographies.

Analysing competitive & market insights for new businessopportunities evaluating customerspecific strategies and updatinginternal stakeholders on competitive threats.

Conceptualizing & developing marketing plan & strategies;managing dealers to generate business.

Achieving service targets in the assigned territory for dealermanagement.

Coaching dealers staff; executingand monitoring various activities.

Identifyingdeveloping training and coordinating with the channel network ofdealers & subdealers for sales activities credit control;achieving targets assigned by the company.

Increasing brand visibility & awareness while conductingpromotional activities within the given budget and time.

Monitoring market trends to identify fresh businessopportunities while developing new as well as existing markets& alternative sales channels for higher levels ofsales.

Implementing & monitoring salesstrategies to drive growth in sales and monthly/annualvolume.

Mapping clients requirements &providing them with expert advisory services for the selection ofthe right products.
