Interact directly withpotential customers (prospects) to:Understand: Their interest in Leena& our solutions Businessrequirements needs pain points Currentenvironment Systems HR onboarding HRIS1. engagement/survey tools; IT service /ticketing 2. Process3. Strategic objectives Position: TheLeenaAI value proposition to advancediscussion Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams internally (Sales Marketing / Demand GenProduct Marketing Engineering / Development) as needed to addressprospect / customer requirements andfeedback

Requirements: Minimum of 2years of outbound prospecting and/or inbound lead qualificationcovering the North American marketExcellent fluency inboth written and verbal English communication skills for businessin the North Americanmarket Demonstratedexperience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like personaand account profiling cold calling cold emailing and socialoutreach Activelistening skills natural curiosity and a willingness tolearn Goodunderstanding of Information Technology and SaaSofferingsExperience navigating large and complexorganizationsProficiency working with a CRM (HubSpot highlypreferred) Coreunderstanding of SDR and sales performancemetricsSelfstarter: the ability to plan your daily work and execute thatplan Ability tobuild meaningful business relationships with Leena AI prospects andinternal colleagues Team player withthe highest level of integrity one who will continue to improve theway Leena AI serves its markets andcustomers.
