Overview: The EventSales Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue forthe organization by selling event spaces and services to potentialclients. They are responsible for building and maintaining strongrelationships with both new and existing clients understandingtheir event needs and effectively promoting the venues offerings.This role requires strong sales and interpersonal skills to meetand exceed sales goals while ensuring a seamless and positiveexperience for clients.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Identify and pursuenew sales opportunities for event spaces and services throughvarious channels cold calling referralsetc.
  • Develop customized event proposals andpresentations that showcase our services and demonstrate value topotential clients.
  • Build and maintain a robustpipeline of potential clients through networking andoutreach
  • Understand client event requirementsand provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate andfinalize contracts with clients ensuring terms align with companypolicies
  • Collaborate with internal teams toensure successful event execution
  • Meet andexceed sales targets and contribute to revenuegrowth
  • Deliver excellent customer service toclients addressing inquiries and concernspromptly
  • Stay updated on industry trends andcompetitor offerings
  • Prepare sales reports andparticipate in sales meetings to discuss progress andstrategies
  • Represent the company at industryevents and trade shows to promoteservices
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing Hospitality or related afield
  • Proven experience in sales preferably inthe events or hospitality industry
  • Demonstratedtrack record of meeting and exceeding salestargets
  • Excellent communication and negotiationskills
  • Strong understanding of event planningand logistics
  • Ability to build and maintainclient relationships
  • Selfmotivated with aresultsdriven approach
  • Ability to work wellunder pressure and prioritize taskseffectively
  • Flexibility to work evenings andweekends as needed for events and clientmeetings
