Overview: The SalesDevelopment Representative plays a crucial role in driving thegrowth of the organization by identifying and qualifying salesopportunities.   • Identify and engagewith potential leads through variouschannels
  • Qualify leads and set up appointmentsfor the sales team
  • Research and gatherinformation about prospective clients
  • UtilizeCRM software to track and manageleads
  • Collaborate with the sales team todevelop strategies for lead generation
  • Conductoutreach via phone email and socialmedia
  • Attend industry events to network andgenerate leads
  • Provide product or serviceinformation to potential clients
  • Follow up withleads to nurture relationships
  • Meet and exceedmonthly and quarterly targets
  • Provide feedbackto the marketing and sales teams based on customerinteractions
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of sales processes
  • Prepare andpresent regular progress reports
  • Stay updatedon industry trends andcompetition
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in sales or leadgeneration
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively useCRM and sales automation tools
  • Proficient inprospecting and identifying salesopportunities
  • Excellent negotiation andpersuasion abilities
