SelectedPersons daytoday responsibilitiesinclude:
1.Collaborate directly with the CEO to support company and individualtasks2. Assist executives in preparing formeetings3. Manage email responses andfulfill document requests on behalf ofexecutives4. Create slides meeting notes anddocuments for executives5. Source relevantinformation on tools processes and related fields for thebusiness6. Generate reports correspondenceand various written documents7. Serve as thepoint of contact among executives employees clients and externalpartners8. Ensure timely and accurateinformation flow9. Proofread and editinternal and external communication documents such as memos emailspresentations and reports for accuracy completeness grammar andformat10. Lead and oversee projectsalongside the CEO11. Content and marketresearch writing SOP articles and researchpapers.12. Filter out irrelevant emails andmaintain a zeroinbox approach13. Capturemeeting minutes delegate tasks accordingly and ensure timelyfollowups for execution14 Communicationpresentation leading and representing the companyglobally.
