The Back Office Assistant & Executive contributes tothe overall success of the organization by maintaining organizedand structured back office operations.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Manage and updatethe database with accurate and relevantdata.
  • Assist in the implementation of systemsand processes for efficient datamanagement.
  • Handle and process documentationand paperwork efficiently andaccurately.
  • Coordinate with other departmentsto ensure seamless communication andworkflow.
  • Assist in organizing and maintainingthe back office area.
  • Perform administrativetasks such as filing photocopying and organizingdocuments.
  • Support the back office team indaily operational tasks and projects.
  • Respondto inquiries and requests from internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Execute general office managementduties to ensure the smooth functioning of theoffice.
  • Adhere to company policies andprocedures to maintain a compliant workenvironment.
  • Assist in preparing and updatingreports presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Handleincoming and outgoing correspondence and mailefficiently.
  • Contribute to maintaining apositive and productive workenvironment.
  • Assist in conducting research andgathering data for various projects.
  • Supportthe team in adhoc tasks and special projects asrequired.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Finance or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in a back office oradministrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Officeparticularly Excel and Word.
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitaskand prioritize effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracyin handling data and documentation.
  • Knowledgeof database management and data entryprocesses.
  • Ability to maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information.
  • Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingcapabilities.
  • Familiarity with office equipmentand procedures.
  • Understanding of basicfinancial and business principles.
