KeyResponsibilities:
  • Manage officesupplies and equipment maintaining proper stocklevels
  • Answer and direct phone calls in aprofessional and courteous manner
  • Handleincoming and outgoing correspondence including mail andemail
  • Perform data entry and maintainelectronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Providegeneral administrative and clericalsupport
  • Handle customer inquiries and provideinformation about products and services
  • Conductbasic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and recordkeeping

Requirements:
  • Strongorganizational and time managementabilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritizedaily workload
  • Knowledge of MS OfficePackage.
  • Knowledge of basic accountingprinciples is a plus
  • Must be an allrounder(open to handling other office tasks as well).
  • Knowledge of Nepali typing is an addedadvantage
  • Ability to work effectively bothindependently and in ateam
