Overview The ClericalAdministrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring theefficient operation of the office and providing support to theadministrative team. This position involves performing variousadministrative and clerical tasks to maintain an organized andefficient office environment.KeyResponsibilities
  • Provide generaladministrative and clerical support including managing phone callscorrespondence and filing
  • Assist in maintainingoffice supplies and equipment and coordinating maintenance asneeded
  • Organize and schedule appointmentsmeetings and travel arrangements for theteam
  • Manage and update databases and recordsboth physical and electronic
  • Assist withdrafting and proofreading documents reports andpresentations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mailand emails and redirect correspondence asneeded
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding ofnew employees including preparing paperwork and orientationmaterials
  • Assist in managing office eventsincluding scheduling logistics andcoordination
  • Perform data entry documentationand other administrative tasks with precision and attention todetail
  • Support office policies and proceduresand ensure compliance with companyguidelines
RequiredQualifications
  • High school diploma orequivalent qualification
  • Proven work experienceas an administrative assistant clerical assistant or relatedrole
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Officesuite (Word Excel Outlook andPowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Strong organizational andtime management abilities
  • Ability to multitaskand prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention todetail and accuracy in all workprocesses
  • Knowledge of office managementsystems and procedures
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive informationappropriately
  • Basic understanding of accountingand bookkeeping principles may beadvantageous
