  • Manage and maintainoffice filing systems and databases.
  • Answer anddirect phone calls and take accurate messages whennecessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointmentsmeetings and events for executives andstaff.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularlyscheduled reports and documents.
  • Handleincoming and outgoing correspondence including mail andemails.
  • Perform data entry and maintainaccurate records of various officeactivities.
  • Assist in managing office suppliesand equipment inventory.
  • Provide generaladministrative support such as photocopying faxing and maintainingoffice tidiness.
  • Assist in organizing andmaintaining office common areas.
  • Support theorganizations team with various administrative projects andtasks.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Proven experience asan administrative or clericalassistant.
  • Proficient in MS Office and otherrelevant software.
  • Strong organizational andtime management skills.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication abilities.
  • Ability tohandle confidential information withdiscretion.
  • Attention to detail andproblemsolving skills.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a team environment.
  • High schooldiploma or equivalent; additional qualification as anAdministrative assistant or Secretary is aplus.
  • Knowledge of office management systemsand procedures.
  • Ability to multitask andprioritize dailyworkload.
