- Proven experience asan administrative or clericalassistant.
- Proficient in MS Office and otherrelevant software.
- Strong organizational andtime management skills.
- Excellent verbal andwritten communication abilities.
- Ability tohandle confidential information withdiscretion.
- Attention to detail andproblemsolving skills.
- Ability to workeffectively in a team environment.
- High schooldiploma or equivalent; additional qualification as anAdministrative assistant or Secretary is aplus.
- Knowledge of office management systemsand procedures.
- Ability to multitask andprioritize dailyworkload.
