  • Provideadministrative support such as data entry filing and managingcorrespondence
  • Coordinate and schedule meetingsappointments and travel arrangements
  • Answer anddirect phone calls emails and othercorrespondence
  • Assist in the preparation ofreports presentations and documents
  • Monitor andmaintain office supplies and equipment
  • Handlesensitive information in a confidentialmanner
  • Assist in organizing and maintainingoffice common areas
  • Handle requests and queriesfrom senior managers
  • Manage office budgets andensure costeffectiveness
  • Assist in organizingcompany events and employee teambuildingactivities
RequiredQualifications:
  • Proven workexperience as an Administrative Assistant virtual assistant oroffice admin assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office(MS Excel and MS PowerPoint inparticular)
  • Excellent time management skillsand the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention todetail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
  • Strongorganizational and planning skills
  • High schooldiploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are aplus
  • Knowledge of office management systems andprocedures
  • Discretion andconfidentiality
  • Proficient typing and dataentry skills
