They are responsible forhandling various tasks to support the team and maintain anorganized office environment.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Manage andcoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiencyand compliance with company policies
  • Answer anddirect phone calls distribute mail and maintain officesupplies
  • Organize and schedule appointmentsmeetings and events
  • Assist in the preparationof regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop andmaintain a filing system
  • Provide support forthe team with data entry word processing and spreadsheetcreation
  • Make travel and accommodationarrangements
  • Contribute to the overall teameffort by accomplishing related results asneeded
  • Assist in resolving any administrativeproblems
  • Assist in budget tracking andfinancial recordkeeping
  • Attend meetings andtake detailed minutes
  • Conduct research andprepare presentations or reports asassigned
  • Handle sensitive information in aconfidential manner
  • Manage office suppliesstock and place orders
  • Submit and reconcileexpense reports
RequiredQualifications:
  • Proven workexperience as an AdministrativeAssistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Exceland MS Word in particular)
  • Excellent timemanagement skills and ability to prioritizework
  • Attention to detail and problemsolvingskills
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Strong organizational andplanning skills
  • High school diploma orequivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistantor Secretary will be a plus
  • Knowledge of officemanagement systems and procedures
  • Workingknowledge of office equipment like printers and faxmachines
  • Excellent customer serviceskills
  • Uptodate with advancements in officegadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitaskand prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion andconfidentiality
  • Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and officemanagement
