Overview As anAdministrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in supportingthe efficient operation of our organization. You will beresponsible for providing administrative support to ensure thesmooth functioning of the office and assisting the team in varioustasks.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Manage andcoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiencyand compliance with company policies
  • Organizeand schedule appointments meetings andevents
  • Assist in the preparation of regularlyscheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filingsystem
  • Update and maintain office policies andprocedures
  • Order office supplies and researchnew deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contactlists
  • Submit and reconcile expensereports
  • Provide general support tovisitors
  • Act as the point of contact forinternal and external clients
  • Assist withHRrelated tasks such as recruitment andonboarding
  • Handle confidential information in aprofessional manner
  • Assist in resolving anyadministrative problems
  • Assist in organizingand coordinating office events
  • Perform otheradministrative support tasks asneeded


RequiredQualifications
  • Proven experience asan administrative assistant or relevantrole
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MSOutlook in particular)
  • Attention to detail andproblemsolving skills
  • Excellent written andverbal communication skills
  • Strongorganizational and planning skills
  • Ability tomultitask and prioritize dailyworkload
  • Discretion andconfidentiality
  • High School diploma; additionalqualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be aplus
  • Knowledge of office management systems andprocedures
  • Excellent time managementskills
  • Ability to work independently withlittle supervision
  • Selfmotivated and proactiveapproach to work
  • Strong interpersonalskills
  • Flexibility and adaptability tochange
