Minimum Qualification:Graduation with sound knowledge in relevantfield. Experience Required: Shouldhave 4 to 5 years of experience in relevantfield. Core WorkActivities: Overseeing daytoday operations of the office ensuring smoothfunctioning and managing administrative tasks.
Providingadministrative support to staff and management including handlingcorrespondence scheduling meetings and maintaining files andrecords.
Managing office facilities includingmaintenance repairs and ensuring a safe and comfortable workingenvironment for employees.
Facilitating communicationwithin the office including answering phones responding to emailssuppliers and other stakeholders.
Organizing andmaintaining documents reports and other office records both inphysical and electronic formats.
Monitoring and orderingoffice supplies equipment and furniture as needed and ensuringproper inventory levels are maintained.
Assisting inplanning and organizing office events meetings conferences andother gatherings as required.
Assisting with financialtasks such as invoicing budgeting expense tracking and processingpayments.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/Hotelaccommodation/appointments etc for management and individuals ifrequired.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (emailletters packages etc.)
Create and update records anddatabases with personnel financial and other data.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals asassigned.
Maintaining drivers attendance
Addressing and resolving administrative issues and challenges asthey arise and finding efficient solutions.
Assistcolleagues whenever necessary.
