Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven to FMCG Enterprise Sales Lead support the expansion of our AI-powered platform transforming the FMCG industry. In this role, you will guide and develop a team of Account Executives, implement high-impact sales strategies, and play a key part in driving revenue growth. This hybrid position offers a mix of remote flexibility, on-ground collaboration, and strategic client engagement, along with competitive pay, performance incentives, and travel reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Mentor: Hire, train, and develop Account Executives to build a strong, performance-driven sales team.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance market reach within the FMCG sector.
  • Performance Management: Set targets, monitor KPIs, and coach the team to consistently achieve results.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while maintaining accurate CRM forecasts.
  • Client Engagement: Support high-value opportunities, lead key negotiations, and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market initiatives and accelerate business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and consistently achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and process-oriented sales execution capabilities.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
