Sales Lead – FMCG Tech

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Sales Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in scaling our AI-powered platform that's transforming the FMCG industry. You'll lead and guide a team of Account Executives to achieve ambitious revenue goals through strong leadership and effective sales strategies.
This hybrid role offers the right balance of remote flexibility, strategic client engagement, and on-ground collaboration — along with a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and travel reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Recruit, train, and develop Account Executives to build a high-performing sales culture.
- Drive Strategy: Design and implement sales plans to strengthen our market presence in the FMCG sector.
- Manage Performance: Set targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular coaching to ensure consistent success.
- Oversee Pipeline: Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.
- Strategic Engagement: Support high-value deals, lead negotiations, and foster long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record in building and scaling sales teams that meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Strong strategic thinking and process-driven sales execution skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging senior clients.

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
