Dr. WELLNESSON is a premium health-food brand offering roasted soya nuts in top supermarkets and wine marts across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh. Our focus is clean, preservative-free, nutrient-rich snacking—trusted by health-conscious consumers.

Key Responsibilities1. Channel & Outlet Expansion

  • Identify and onboard
    new outlets
    —supermarkets, premium wine marts, and gated retail locations.
  • Map and target high-potential areas in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, similar to strategies at brands like Too Yumm or Open Secret.
  • Create compelling distributor/retailer pitches tailored to the premium wellness angle.

2. Promoter Hiring & Management

  • Recruit, train, and deploy
    on-ground promoters
    at key retail locations.
  • Schedule and monitor product sampling demos, in-store activations, and brand visibility drives.
  • Set daily/weekly sales targets for promoters; supervise performance and provide coaching.

3. Sales & Trade Marketing Execution

  • Maintain store-level dashboards:
    placement, inventory, replenishment
    , and
    promoter performance
    .
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with brand strategy—festive bundles, tasting counters, demo days.
  • Utilize data from CRM and Excel for performance tracking, outlet scoring, and sales forecasting.

4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with
    store managers
    , key distributors, and promotional staff.
  • Liaise with marketing to align promotions, social media campaigns, and POS materials.
  • Report weekly on outlet performance, challenges, feedback from ground, and corrective actions taken.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Work with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely builds, new deliveries, and merchandising compliance.
  • Monitor competitor activity at stores and gather market intelligence.
  • Ensure brand standards in visual merchandising and product education are maintained consistently.

CriteriaRequirements

Experience

2+ years in FMCG trade coverage, preferably in snack categories (new-agers like Too Yumm, Open Secret)

Education

MBA with strong acumen in sales, operations, or channel management

Skills

Fluent in Hindi & English; CRM (e.g., Zoho/Salesforce); proficient in Excel & reporting; people management
