We're looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Sales Lead to join our fast-growing team. You'll play a key role in scaling our AI-powered platform transforming the FMCG industry, leading a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of remote flexibility, strategic client interactions, and on-ground engagement — along with a competitive salary, performance incentives, and travel reimbursement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Mentor the Team: Recruit, train, and guide Account Executives to build a high-performing sales culture.
  • Drive Sales Strategy: Plan and execute strategies to strengthen our market presence within the FMCG sector.
  • Manage Performance: Set sales targets, track KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure consistent success.
  • Oversee the Pipeline: Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.
  • Engage Strategically: Support high-value deals, lead complex negotiations, and build strong relationships with key industry clients.
  • Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 2+ years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven success in building, coaching, and scaling sales teams that meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to design and implement effective sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — confident engaging with executive-level clients.

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
