Role Description
We are looking for a
B2B Sales Executive
to join our growing team in
Hyderabad
. This is a
full-time, on-site role
focused on driving
sales and client acquisition
for our SaaS-based product —
FleetOrder
.
You will be responsible for reaching out to restaurant owners, demonstrating the product, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who has
1–2 years of experience
in sales, is
energetic, target-driven
, and wants to grow with a startup.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients (restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, etc.)
- Conduct product demos and explain how FleetOrder benefits their business.
- Generate leads through cold calls, social media, and local field visits.
- Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run local campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain client records using CRM tools and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for renewals and referrals.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience
in B2B sales or SaaS product sales (hospitality tech preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Basic understanding of software demos and client handling.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
