Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, etc.
- Respond to inbound leads and convert them into profitable orders.
- Pitch Twigs 'N' Trails' products and wellness SKUs to corporate buyers, distributors, and retailers.
- Maintain a lead tracker and report weekly updates.
- Suggest improvements in listings and buyer outreach.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B or marketplace sales (preferred).
- Confident and fluent communicator with proficiency in Telugu, Hindi and English languages.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Basic Excel/google spreadsheets knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Compensation:
- Commission: 5% of net profit per confirmed order (No Upper Limit on earnings).
- Performance bonuses for meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Yearly Bonuses/Hike (Performance Review Based)
