Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for the position of Assistant Vice President of Sales. The AVP of Sales will be responsible for leading sales teams, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, and driving business development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring the overall growth and success of the sales department.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management in colleges & Universities
  • Skills in Account Management and Business Development(B2B)
  • Should be an individual contributor
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in Hyderabad and travel across the region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
  • Open for extensive travel(Own car & valid license)
