- Position Overview
- We are seeking highly motivated and target-oriented International Sales Associates to join our dynamic global sales team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in B2B/B2C international sales, with a strong ability to promote digital products, nurture client relationships, and achieve business goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with international prospects.
- Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and professional networking.
- Effectively present and promote our suite of digital products and services, including Google AdWords and EdTech solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client consultations and product demos based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key sales metrics and pipeline progress.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in international B2B/B2C sales, preferably in:
- Google Ads / Google AdWords
- EdTech, SaaS, or other digital products & services
Additional Requirements:
- Proven track record in lead generation, client communication, and deal closure.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and the global advertising ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to working in rotational shifts (transport facility provided).
- Candidates currently based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate are preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to 8.5 LPA (including 20% performance-based incentives)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
- Shifts: Rotational (cab facility available)
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred
