Job Description:
We are hiring Sales and Business Associates who are energetic, confident, and motivated to build a long-term career in Sales, Marketing, and Business Leadership.
This job involves client interaction, product promotion, and customer acquisition.
The role includes a structured business development and leadership training pathway, enabling high performers to progress into team management and business operations roles.
Role & responsibilities
- Engage with customers, explain product/services, and drive conversions
- Build and manage client relationships for long-term growth
- Achieve weekly sales and management targets and performance metrics
- Participate in training sessions on sales, communication, and leadership
- Support team initiatives, market campaigns, and field activations
- Learn business operations required for future leadership roles

- Strong communication and people-handling skills
- Confidence in face-to-face interaction
- Willingness to work in a field-based sales environment
- Goal-oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
