About the Role:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our fast-growing EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education technology landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping learners and institutions adopt innovative learning solutions.
  • You will be responsible for driving B2C and B2B sales in the domestic market, building long-term client relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (inbound, outbound, referrals, digital campaigns, etc.).
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to individual learners, parents, and institutional clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EdTech products and solutions.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 14 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or education industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
