Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Executive-B2C is located in Hyderabad. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, responding to client inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing sales reports. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and pitch NoBrokerHood solutions to gated communities, RWAs, and society associations.
Conduct on-field visits, product demos, and presentations to decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with society management committees and housing associations.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of societies.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation and after-sales support.
Conduct promotional activities and participate in society meetings/events to increase brand visibility.
Track sales performance, submit reports, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and provide market feedback.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in field sales B2C or B2B.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently drive sales and manage territory performance.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
