  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth across domestic and international markets.
  • Drive brand positioning, market penetration, and distribution network expansion in Africa and other global regions.
  • Identify and manage new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel development.
  • Lead and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy formulation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare MIS reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of international sales and export procedures.
  • Prior exposure to African / South African markets adds advantage.
  • Proven success in strategic sales planning and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Beverage or FMCG industry trends.
  • expertise in B2B and B2C marketing strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
