Job Overview:

The
Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)
will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets within the assigned zone. The role involves leading and managing a team of Branch Managers and Sales Executives, ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee sales operations across multiple branches within the assigned zone.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in
    Home Loans / Mortgage Loans

  • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
  • Monitor branch-level productivity and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Develop business strategies to expand market reach and customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and customers.
  • Review sales reports, analyze data trends, and submit periodic performance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and credit norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification:
    Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5–8 years in
    Home Loan / Mortgage Loan
    sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
