Role Description
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for technology to kickstart or accelerate their career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research and identify potential clients using sales intelligence tools
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
Required Qualifications
Education
- MBA degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with:
- (prospecting and lead generation)
- Lemlist (email outreach campaigns) LinkedIn Sales Navigator (social selling)
- ChatGPT & Claude (AI-powered research and communication)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Comfort with learning new sales tools and technologies

Compensation Structure
Month 1:
Unpaid training period (comprehensive onboarding on sales processes, tools, and methodologies)
Months 2-3:
₹15,000 per month
Month 4 onwards
: ₹25,000 per month
Performance-based incentives and bonuses
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, full-time position at our Gachibowli office (Orbit Building, 16th Floor)
