Sales Development Representative (SDR) to actively seek new business opportunities, engage, and build relationships with potential customers. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the SDR should have a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize prospecting tools to source and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Effectively articulate the value of our products via cold outreach methods.
  • Identify the needs of the prospect and suggest the appropriate product from the Botree suite.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with key business decision makers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects and include the sales executives in the next steps.
  • Schedule calls between the potential customer and the sales executives.
  • Manage MIS and Database Maintain excel worksheets and CRM for all the contacts
  • Utilize best practices for sales methodology

Requirements

  • Two or more years as sales development representative with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver presentations
  • Strong communication skills over phone, email, and LinkedIn to establish the right contacts and deal with senior level prospects
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
  • Ability to overcome technical and business objections of potential clients

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors / master's degree in business administration specialising in Sales & Marketing

Experience

  • At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Sales Development preferably from a SaaS product industry or a similar organization
