Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative, located in the Hyderabad, India. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through inside sales, cold calling, and lead generation efforts. The role involves qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales and business development teams to meet or exceed sales performance goals. A key aspect of the role will include effective communication and consistent follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and qualify potential clients
Strong Communication skills, including effective verbal and written communication
Experience with Sales and Business Development processes to successfully execute client outreach and relationship-building
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales enablement platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
