Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Assistant Manager to join our team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the building industries, including fa ade consultants, builders, and architects. This role requires a proactive and target-oriented approach to sales, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly interact with architects to gather product specifications and understand customer needs
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to customers
  • Utilize solution-selling skills to meet sales targets and close orders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and communication
  • Convert cold calls into confirmed business orders
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas for assigned territory
  • Travel extensively across the south zone as required

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Strong knowledge of fa ade consultants, builders, and architects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Extensive travel across the south zone as required
