Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized guidance on how TrainifyX's solutions can meet those needs. The role includes tasks such as conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and providing feedback to the product development team. The representative will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, client management, and customer service
  • Ability to conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts confidently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Analytical skills to understand client needs and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the education technology sector is a plus
