Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing and nurturing leads, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining account management. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, updating CRM records, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experienc
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
