Job Title: Business Development Executive B2B Sales | US Shift (8:30PM to 5:30AM)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience Required: 14 years in B2B Sales / Business Development / Corporate Sales

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong B2B relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering our products or services to corporate clients and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored business solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Manage and track the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive and result-oriented attitude.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
