Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive
B2B sales and partnerships
by pitching our corporate wellness programs, retreats, and workshops to organizations. - Identify and onboard
strategic partners
such as wellness brands, event platforms, or corporates for collaborations and joint initiatives. - Develop and execute
account-based strategies
to meet and exceed sales targets. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and HR leaders.
- Represent our brand at wellness forums, corporate events, and strategic meetings.
- Work closely with internal teams to customize offerings that align with client needs.
What We're Looking For:
- B2B Sales Experience:
Minimum 2 years in corporate sales, partnerships, or business development. - Relationship Builder:
Skilled in engaging senior decision-makers and fostering trust. - Strategic Thinker:
Able to identify, pursue, and close high-value partnerships. - Excellent Communicator:
Clear, persuasive, and comfortable in client-facing conversations. - Wellness-Aligned Lifestyle:
