Role Description
We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager
to join our B2B Sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, with a focus on
CCTV, Fire Alarm and Telecom products
. You will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, partner engagement and project-based solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for CCTV, Fire Alarm and Telecom solutions.
- Identify, engage and manage system integrators, channel partners and corporate clients.
- Generate new business leads and nurture existing relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal pre-sales, technical and logistics teams for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations and product demos.
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and customer databases.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction post-sales.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in
B2B sales
within
CCTV, Fire or Telecom
domains. - Strong understanding of security, surveillance and communication technologies.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
