Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth & Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager focused on B2B IT/SaaS at Al Fahad Enterprises, located in Hyderabad. The Growth & GTM Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and managing projects related to the same. This role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Analytics
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record in Sales and the ability to drive revenue growth
  • Project Management skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the B2B IT/SaaS industry is a plus
