Job Description – Franchise Acquisition Manager

Experience: 6 -8 Years (Education Industry)

Remuneration: 8.5 LPA to 9.5 LPA

As a Franchisee Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our franchise network. You will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new franchisees, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that the franchisees align with our company's values and standards. This role requires exceptional sales skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential franchisees.

Present franchise opportunities and articulate the value proposition.

Manage the franchisee recruitment pipeline and track progress.

Coordinate and conduct franchisee interviews and evaluations.

Collaborate with internal teams to support franchise marketing and sales efforts.

Negotiate franchise agreements and terms.

Ensure new franchisees understand their roles and responsibilities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in franchise sales or business development.

Strong understanding of the franchise model and regulations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Experience with CRM software is a plus.
