**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute and strategize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and online sales.
- Manage Fitspire’s Shopify store, ensuring seamless integration, product updates, and optimization of the customer journey.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and use insights to improve conversion rates, ROI, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and digital innovations to stay updated and ensure Fitspire remains at the forefront of digital marketing strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Shopify Analytics to track, report, and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and manage customer acquisition funnels, implementing retargeting strategies to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in D2C, FMCG, healthcare, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Shopify, with experience in managing online stores and optimizing for sales performance.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and digital marketing best practices.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Shopify Analytics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the health and wellness sector.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of other digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

**Salary Rs.15,000/- to Rs.30,000/-**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
